Returns
I really want you to
be happy with the products, however if for any reason this is not the case you
can return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt,
(If possible please include a note with the reason for your return). To
get a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For
hygiene and safety reasons refunds will not be issued for opened or used items.
A refund will be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of
your package's arrival back to Happy Mama Organics. An e mail will be sent to
you to let you know when it’s been completed.
The cost to send the
items back to Happy Mama Organics will be at your own expense and
non-refundable. To ensure the item is received, please consider using a
trackable shipping service.
Items purchased
through the Happy Mama Organics website can be returned for a refund or
exchange. Items purchased in a store, other online retailer or elsewhere will
need to be returned to their original point of purchase.
Faulty / Damaged goods
If you receive an item
that is faulty or damaged please contact me as soon as possible via e mail; natalia@happymamaorganics.com.au
Unless the item is asked to be returned for further investigation, a
replacement or refund will be issued promptly.
Refunds will not be
granted if items have been damaged by using them in a way
that is unreasonable.
Late or missing
refunds -
If after 14 days you
still haven’t received a refund into your account please check your bank
account again, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If the refund is still not showing please contact natalia@happymamaorganics.com.au
